Need someone to talk to?

The aim of our counselling service is to offer you space and time to take a fresh and constructive look at issues causing you distress, and to explore new ways of addressing and resolving the issues.  We are experienced in a wide variety of techniques to provide you with the best possible outcome.  These techniques include:

  • Integrative Psychotherapy
  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
  • Mindfulness
  • Physical relaxation techniques
  • Breathing techniques 

We provide a flexible, safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment for you to analyse the feelings, emotions and behaviours that are having a negative impact on your life.

 

You will be in control of the sessions and you will decide what you want to talk about.

 

We work with individuals, couples and families.

Contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

An initial appointment will be offered, usually within a week, if there is a vacancy in the Practice. This is an introductory meeting, lasting about one hour.

Usually we will arrange one session per week, this will, if possible, be arranged for the same time each week. 

We are also able to offer appointments on a flexible basis, to accommodate your particular needs.  Evening and weekend appointments are also available.

In general each session lasts for one hour.
